4. User Responsibilities

Payments made to JenNext Mentors for services are non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Refunds provided by universities or third parties are processed as per their rules; the Company has no control over their decisions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, including but not limited to:

Logos, trademarks, and branding
Content, graphics, presentations, videos, documents

is the exclusive property of JenNext Mentors.

7. Limitation of Liability
